Midwood Asset Management is operator-led capital targeting underperforming commercial retail in the "institutional gap". We acquire underperforming strip centers and neighborhood retail assets in the $6M–$10M range—where institutional capital is too large to compete and local capital lacks the operational discipline to extract full value.

As licensed general contractors, our edge is disciplined basis, hands-on construction execution, and a process-driven approach to forced value creation. We do not engage in financial engineering. We buy right, fix what is actually broken, and force appreciation entirely through disciplined NOI growth.
