Max began investing in real estate at 18 and holds a Florida General Contractor license (CGC1535940) with reciprocal privileges in Louisiana, Mississippi, and North Carolina. Since 2014, he has completed 115+ transactions across Florida and New York markets. His operational expertise—from contract negotiation through hands-on construction management—provides Midwood with a distinct competitive advantage in opportunistic and value-add execution.

Steven Cohen

Steven brings over three decades of institutional real estate experience, beginning in the mid-1990s. Through 2023, he owned and operated a 400+ unit multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn, and currently manages triple-net lease commercial properties while actively identifying opportunistic acquisitions and repositioning significant multifamily assets. This experience scaling institutional-quality portfolios provides strategic discipline while preserving the advantages of private ownership.
