Max began investing in real estate at 18 and holds a Florida General Contractor license (CGC1535940) with reciprocal privileges in Louisiana, Mississippi, and North Carolina. Since 2014, he has completed 115+ transactions across Florida and New York markets. He handles deals from contract negotiation through construction management.
Steven Cohen
Partner
Steven brings over three decades of institutional real estate experience, beginning in the mid-1990s. Through 2023, he owned and operated a 400+ unit multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn, and currently manages triple-net lease commercial properties while actively identifying opportunistic acquisitions and repositioning significant multifamily assets. He brings institutional underwriting and operating discipline to a privately owned firm.
